Yes! You can apply them in the VN App, LumaFusion, KineMaster, or any app that supports custom LUTs.
You will receive a video tutorial and a set of instructions with your purchase which will explain how to import your LUTs.
These LUTs are designed for Rec. 709 footage (regular phone colours). If you shot your footage in LOG, use the included conversion LUTs before applying the LUTs.
