Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the digital products are defective, not functioning as advertised, or not as described on the product page. In the event that your LUTs or presets are not working as expected, you may contact us at info@jannescape.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. We will review the situation and respond as quickly as possible.

Please note, after 14 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be offered.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any of our digital products. All purchases are final and non-transferable.
