1. Digital Products and No Refunds:

1.1. All our Products are digital downloads. Once a purchase is made, you can instantly download the Products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for any Products. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility and satisfaction with the Product before purchase.

2. Usage and Restrictions:

2.1. Our Products are intended for personal and professional use by creators looking to enhance their editing skills. By purchasing our Products, you agree not to:

a. Share or distribute the Products to others, whether for free or for sale.

b. Resell or sublicense the Products to third parties.

2.2. You may use the Products for your own creative projects, including but not limited to photography and cinematography.

3. Compatibility:

3.1. Our video color grading LUTs (Look-Up Tables) are designed to work with most standard video editing programs. However, they may not be compatible with all software. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your editing software before purchase.

3.2. Our photo presets are specifically designed for use in Adobe Lightroom. They may not work correctly with other photo editing software. Please ensure you are using Adobe Lightroom for the best results.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1. All intellectual property rights in and to the Products, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, are owned by Jannescape. Purchasing our Products grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products as specified in these Terms.
